Where are my website files and data stored?
We host WordPress sites on premium cloud VPS servers in DigitalOcean or Hetzner data centres, with Cloudflare handling DNS, CDN and security rules. Off-site backups are stored securely in S3.
What does the £200 migration include?
The £200 migration fee covers moving your WordPress files and database, configuring DNS on Cloudflare, transferring email/DNS records, setting up SSL, and post-launch testing.
How often are backups taken?
Backups run daily and are retained for 30 days. WordPress sites are backed up off-site to S3; sites on dedicated servers also receive platform snapshots.
When can I get support?
Standard support is UK business hours, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. Premium plan customers receive enhanced 24/7 support cover.
Can you host Astro or static sites too?
Yes. Astro and static sites are deployed to Cloudflare Workers, Netlify or Vercel — whichever best suits your project — with the same Cloudflare DNS, backup and performance backing.
Are there any data or bandwidth limits?
Fair-use resources aligned with the premium infrastructure providers. We’ll advise if your site needs a higher-tier plan.
